up vote 7 down vote accepted Right clicking on the commons-io-2.4.jar file in project navigator and clicking 'Add to project' solved the issue. This will automatically format the build.gradle file so it will include your library, and perhaps get rid of said problem! and how to solve it. Find the Emirps!
