When I did I found error like..... package \"affyPLM\" install errors on linux when I install package "affyPLM" on Linux ,there are some errors I can't deal with, please help ... If you are sure that those packages are already installed - just find them by: find / -name 'liblapack*' and add that path to gcc with -L/path/to/liblapack.
