Its been over a month and I still have the problem… cant believe apple could suck this bad. And Option 1 doesn't work for me. How to prove that authentication system works, and that customer uses the wrong password? It looks like there are no questions about this page. The two suggested options in this post did not, I'd already tried them. One more hideous glitch like this and they've lost a loyal customer.
