Internet Explorer 6 and 8 (and I suspect most likely 7 as well) cannot access the server. Somehow, Firefox and NcFTP can connect without FileZilla sending its external IP address. I was also able to use this program and FTP not more then a month ago. If you ran the WINSOCK repair and you have SP2, you may have done more damage than good.
