If you can't access websites in spite of trying all the above-mentioned solutions, we suspect TCP/IP to be the cause of the issue.

All I did was click on the IE 64bit icon in the program menu and it works. Now I can get on DSL and not AOL unless I go through I.E . I had it set to Proxy also and once I unchecked that it worked fine.
