When someone send me a link in Outlook and I click on it IE opens, the correct URL is in the address window but "the page cannot be displayed". Report chantrel007- Jul 18, 2009 02:20PM I have Windows XP and all the websites work except for the secure sights. They require windows authentication to be accessed. LOL! I was having the same problem on my 64 bit vista and IE 8 not displaying hotmail and other secure sites such as banks.
