Join our community today! ldd that you are using is working with musl libc (and the /usr/glibc/usr/bin/ldd is simply broken), so to check libraries on a glibc binary you need to run the following command: Yeah, in the end I had to move these scripts to a server and run them from there. hwangbible commented Dec 7, 2015 @frol I downloaded nodejs package from Arch Linux packages and untar'd it on to frolvlad:alpine-glibc:3.2.
I'll keep this issue open for now as we have had requests for Java 8 multiple times already. We have about 10 clients using production derivatives from this and it might serve as a template, who knows. I don't know how the "layering" helps you, but the main point of having all of those rm's in one RUN command was saving the size of a final image, but More about the author BTW, ldconfig complains about missing /usr/glibc-compat/etc/ld.so.conf, which could be included into the packages.
Could you help me please? https://github.com/andyshinn/alpine-pkg-glibc/releases frol commented Feb 24, 2016 @leodutra Fixed. At present, some glibc-linked shared libraries can be loaded with musl, but all but the simplest glibc-linked applications will fail if musl is dropped-in in place of /lib/ld-linux.so.2. Fix pls ?
