Second: If you try to re-use the same UNID that exists already, you'll get an error on the save.
We have deferred the fix to a future release. Already a member? if there is a deletion stub in the database with that document ID it will fail. So everything blew up when it started repopulating and got a unid conflict.

Your not changing the guid so I'm an idiot. It's in the querysave script of a form, when it creates another document with a doclink to the current document. That issue occurs because the linked document cannot be found in the view Causes for this issue can be that the document was deleted or that there was no "Default View"
