i'm experiencing when i'm sending emails to those abroad like america or london etc . Moving older emails to a separate folder, or deleting them can help with the load time. Once you check that box, then change the port listing from 25 to 465 and save the changes. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

Make sure Use Authentication is checked, and enter your full @hotmail.com address as your User Name. To test if port 25 is blocked, open your command line on your local computer.
