You should be sure that you have at least everything enabled that I have enabled, assuming it exists. If you fill in the publish folder but not the installation URL, it sets the installation URL to the publish folder location. Third, uninstall .NET Framework 4.0 Beta 2 unless you have a specific version to have it installed. Unless "publish.htm" is a folder, you shouldn't put that on there. I appreciate your help though! All I did to fix this was to change the publish folder from ftp to http. I get 'access is denied' HTTP 403 Forbidden error as soon as I click on the Browse button from IIS. And in IIS Manager properties on Home Directory tab, I have checked every checkbox under Local Path.
