It must be getting an error client side that isn't allowing it to log what is happening. our dns is purely internal (we host our website with a third party) but looking to do it ourselves by end of 2005. You may have to wireshark your client to figure out where the connection's breaking. Wrong way on a bike lane? Still unable to resolve the IP address to the host name, but I'll look into reducing the TTL, so I can get immediate response from troubleshooting.
