It is logical that the Group Policies Editor should include the Security Policies tool, but it wasn't obvious for me. I was initially getting the MMC error even though I had followed every step to remedy the error but to no luck and even uninstalled and retried re-installing again and again...until We do not recommend it and we'll not be responsible if it harms your system. I have been scowering google and dont see any real reference to it. nothing beats hiding all your administrator user accounts while UAC is still on then making a User account before restarting. UAC pops up with the user but the to enter password
